The sparkling city lasted a little while, clean streets, decent people. Mysteriously, it all dwindled away, leaving half torn down buildings, a rat infested subway, and who knows what else...
It was a ghost town up until more people started moving there again. The people were the outcasts, people who just couldn't understand the rules of their society. The schitzos, the psychos, and those who were just plain different. Soon, everyone who wasn't what they were supposed to be came to this place. Vampires who wouldn't suck blood, malfuctioning robots, zombies who hated the taste of flesh, aliens, time travelers, psychics, witches, and a bunch more."
