I wanna get yous' some smiles because yours are too plain...it kinda pull the sit down.....also it would be good if you put up a suggestions thread so people can suggest things to improve the site. trust me you get some amazing ideas from it.

I don't know what to suggest but to plead with people to start posting more...The whole thing about improving has to start with having more active members though I don't know how to get them to be more active...

this i could do if you gave me admin status for well untill i had done it all or how ever long...it would be by far much easier as im finding it hard to explain properly..

--if you can uses admin status you can prune the uses...so accounts that have been made and never been used get deleted and really inactive uses then it leaves you with your active members.
--GET RID OF MOST OF THE GROUPS the more groups the site has the smaller it looks and the it means less people in each group. if you leave about 3 groups aim to get at least 15 to 20 people in each of the groups then when it gets past 20 in a group add another then the people can move to that eavening out their group amount makes the site more interesting.
--then make the forum more social add a off topic section so people can go offs ubject and also a forum games section really picks up the site as the games can get funny at occations. its also a good way for everyone to get to know each other on the site.
---then is advertise put it everywere you can in your msn names other forums signatures and links....chat rooms websites blogs search engines. and ask your members to help abvertise too.
-- most forums have a rp part were people can fight each other for that they need stats [e.g attack...defence...speed] but it can be other versions to like naruto has this... [taijutsu...genjutsu...ninjutsu]....well the point of that is that the members work to get points to hgher there statsand making them stronger. there is also a upside to this...if a member recruited someone well they are sent a welcome message with the question ' how did you find this site/who recruited you?' they say who it was who recruited them and then you give points to the one who did.
--- a rank system.....ranking from lowest to highest deppending on their progress and activeness on the site their rank may be highered...so if you do have a ranking systen you can make clans/clubs/groups or what not and have a leader and other stuff for each group.

i can give you a great example of a active forum that goes by a system similar to that ive just showen.
