Ok, so I just finished the Eureka Seven Manga. I don't know how many of you have read the manga instead of watching the anime, but I don't know what to think of the manga ending.

*SPOILER WARNING*

In the manga ending, Eureka dies!!! Then Renton has to move on without her. In the anime, you never really see what happens to them in the end, but Eureka didn't die. The final battle was different too (i.e. Renton saving Eureka from the Corallian). Overall, I thought the manga was awesome. But it was only six volumes, so it was disappointingly short (like the anime).

Thoughts on the manga? Or the anime? Or both?

If I remember correctly, he's 15 at the end of the show. Talho was pretty far into her pregnancy, and is about to have the baby, so that takes a year+. If renton was 14 at the start of the show/manga, he'd be 15 or so at the end.

It's a great manga though. it's really different from the anime. The whole ending was extremely different.

Yeah, Eureka dieing was like killing the entire series.
