What is the saddest anime scene you have ever seen?

Now, because this thread will most likely be chock full of spoilers, please show courtesy to everybody else by putting the scene itself in a spoiler drop down if applicable, with the name of the anime visible, so people can decide to read it if they wish.

Example.

Anime: Neon Genesis: Evangelion.

Episode (This isn't necessary): Episode twenty-five.

	When Shinji is in his EVA and grabs Kaoru, and Kaoru asks Shinji to kill him, so that humanity (And Shinji) may live.

naruto when then hokage died and soon to be when anouther 2 important people dies if you have seen the manga

When it showed gaara's past on Naruto. That was pretty sad.

Anime: Ergo Proxy.

Spoiler:
	In the first episode, towards the end, when the Proxy is in her room, and it cups her face in its hand and presses its thumb against her mouth, and she begins to cry. That was so sad!!!
