Lucky Star is undoubtedly the Anime version of Seinfeld. All you do is replace the cast with four 18 year old girls in Japan. 1 Ditz, 1 Otaku, 1 Moe Character, and 1 Tsundere. The show has all the charm of both genres (anime and Seinfeld). There's the pointless conversations, the lack of any distinguishable story arc, and all the anime-isms we all know and love. Any fan of Seinfeld and Anime should really check it out!!

I loveeee Lucky Star yet hate Seinfield...I used to download the everytime they were subbed by A.F.K but lately I haven't for some reason. I miss it's fascinating pointlessness...

It has its mildly funny moments, but really, I think it's made for over-the-top cute cute wooh wooh girls who don't care 'bout story.

I'd watched a lot off serious, violent story-driven Anime right before I watched Lucky Star. So it was a nice change of pace for me. Sometimes it's good to watch something pointless. I heard it's been liscensed so...yeah..maybe I'll buy it...
